Terms of Service

Effective: February 5 | Updated: March 2

1. General

Artist Rights: I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or on social media.

Credit: You may repost the artwork, but you must credit me clearly. Do not claim the artwork as your own or alter it without permission.

Reference Usage: I will use the visual references and descriptions you provide as the basis for the artwork. Please ensure your reference images are clear; I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from unclear or conflicting references.

2. Payment

I accept PHP (₱) and USD ($) via GCash, Maya, GoTyme, MariBank, BPI, and Remitly.

Payment must be made upfront OR via minimum downpayment: 50% for repeat clients and 70% for first-time clients. The remaining balance will be collected after the artwork is done. Refunds are generally not accepted as I will use the money for savings, so please consider your request carefully before proceeding.

3. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Completion time ranges from days to month maximum, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue. I will notify you if there are any significant delays. If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me before payment.

4. Do's and Don'ts

I Will Draw: OCs (Original Characters), Manhwa & Anime styles, Yumeships.

I Will Not Draw: Mecha, Furry, Hard NSFW.

Yumeship Policy Note: I do not adhere to "Fidelity lists" or "No Doubles". I accept commissions for any character or ship from any client unless it is a problematic ship or one I am not comfortable with.

5. Process & Revisions

Minor changes are free during the sketch phase. I offer free revisions within 48 hours of sending the final artwork. Major changes after the final render or outside the 48-hour window may incur an extra fee.

6. Commercial Use & Distribution Rights

Personal Use (Included): Personal display, icons, wallpapers, private printing, or personal gifts.

Distribution / Freebie Use: Non-commercial distribution requires an additional fee. This applies when distributing free items (photocards, stickers, etc.) without selling them.

Commercial Use: Requires a separate fee if the artwork will be printed, reproduced, or used on items that will be sold, monetized, or connected to profit.

Limits & Rights: Purchasing commercial/distribution rights does not transfer copyright. The client may not resell, edit, trace, claim, mint as NFT, feed into AI datasets, or redistribute the artwork files without permission.
